Exercise Description
– Start by holding a plate in both hands in front of you at chest height
– Step forward and lift your knee so that your hip is at 90 degrees
– Balancing on one leg rotate your body and the plate over your knee
– Rotate back to centre
– Lower your leg to the ground
– Repeat the same movement on the opposite side
