Exercise Description– Using Rugby Union field markings
– Starting at the try line, accelerate through to the 22m line then cruise to the halfway line
– Continuing in the same direction, accelerate through to the other 22m line and then cruise to the far try line
– Slow walk recovery to the dead ball line and back to the try line
– This is one rep
