Box Push Ups

Exercise Description
– Using 3 boxes/benches, start in a regular push up position with one hand on each box and your feet on the third box behind you
– Load this movement by placing a plate on the shoulder blades (it helps if a partner can hold it there) and perform a regular, full range push up
– Return to the starting position
– This is one rep
