Exercise Description
– Set out 5-6 markers at various distances and directions
– Starting at the first marker run around each markers in order
– This is one rep
– Options include ‘follow the leader’ – where the player leading the group chooses the direction and rest of the group follows OR ‘player chase’ – where one players chases another, with the person being chased choosing the direction through the markers
