Equipment: Markers

Exercise Description

– Set out 4 markers in a 5m square
– Starting at the first marker, sprint along the side of the square to the second marker (red arrow)
– Turn and sprint diagonally across the square to the opposite corner
– Now sprint around the outside of the square back to the far corner
– Turn and sprint diagonally again across the square then sprint back to the starting point
– This is one rep
