Exercise Description

– Start lying on your back with your knees bent and your arms out to the sides at shoulder height with your elbows bent at 90°
– Holding a dumbbell in both hands, rotate your shoulders forwards and backwards, keeping your shoulders on the ground and your elbows at 90°
– This is one rep
