Exercise Description
– Start lying on your back with your knees bent and your arms out to the sides at shoulder height with your elbows bent at 90°
– Take your arms to the floor behind you to create a W position
– Keeping your shoulders on the ground, raise your arms up to create a V position and then return to the starting position
– This is one rep
