Four Corner Comeback Drill

Exercise Description
– Set out 4 markers in a 5m by 10m rectangle
– Starting at the first marker on the right side, backpedal 5m to the second marker
– At the second marker, sprint diagonally to the third marker on the opposite corner of the rectangle
– Backpedal 5m to the fourth marker
– At the fourth marker sprint diagonally back to the first marker
– This is one rep
