Exercise Description

– Start on the baseline and backpedal 2m then sprint forward to service line
– Return to start with a forward sprint (back to baseline)
– Side step 3m
– Sprint forward to service line again, then with a left foot power step laterally at service line to the right 1m, then sprint to opposite baseline & right foot power cut to the left direction with a diagonal sprint to a cone 5m away then perform a 180 degree running pivot before sprinting around last cone then back to baseline again
