Exercise Description
– Set up 16 or more markers in a square grid- Starting at one corner, the first player is asked to run through the grid up one line and then down the next line
– The partner then tells the player to step or accelerate to the right or left this agility drill is game specific as the partner can order the player to shuffle, accelerate or step to the right or left
– Once through the grid is equal to one rep
