Exercise Description
– Face sidewards, rock forward and put weight on left foot in ladder (step), rock back and step right foot then left foot (outside of square)
– Repeat this time with right foot stepping into the next square
– The rhythm is step, 1, 2 – step, 1, 2 and so on
