Exercise Description

– Set out 3 markers in a ‘T’ shape with 5m between each marker
– Perform lateral shuffles between two markers touching each markers or the ground at the marker with your hands
– Touch both markers 3 times then sprint forward 5m to the third marker when you reach the middle (‘T’ intersection) of the two markers
– This is one rep
