– Start standing next to a wall
– Pull the heel of the leg closest to the wall straight up, keeping your toe and knee pointing upwards
– Hold your core/trunk tight as you cycle your leg through the full running motion without touching the ground
– Focus on maintaining a fast but controlled speed through the movement
– This is one rep
