Lunge with Warrior Pose

Exercise Description
– Start by standing upright with your hands by your sides
– Lunge sideways with your foot facing laterally (away from you) and arms extended at shoulder height
– Reach the forward arm down to the front foot and the rear arm stretching overhead- Reverse the movement and return to the starting position
– This is one rep
– Perform the same movement to the opposite side
