Moving Walking Wall Drill

Equipment:
Exercise Description
– Start by standing in front of your partner
– Your partner should place both hands on your shoulders
– Lean into your partner so your body is at a 45 degree angle
– Perform the normal Walking Wall Drill, lifting your leg in a running motion, pausing with your hip at 90 degrees, then lowing your leg and performing the same movement with the opposite leg
– Slowly move your partner backwards with each effort
