Exercise Description
– Starting from a single marker, arrange 5 markers in a semi circle 5m in front of you as shown in the diagram
– On a call (either your own call or a partners call) accelerate to a designated marker and then walk back to the starting position
– This is one rep
– Repeat this drill accelerating to each of the markers in a random order
