Exercise Description– This drill should be performed with a partner
– Set up 3 markers 10m in front of your starting position at different angles and give a number to each cone
– Place a ball at your starting position
– The partner should call a number corresponding to one marker
– From the starting position, run to the marker that is called by your partner
– Touch the cone with one hand then turn and run to the starting position
– Pick up the ball while maintaining your speed and run for another 10m
– This is one rep
