Exercise Description
– Set out 3 markers in a straight line with 5m between each marker
– Starting at the first marker in the middle, sprint to the second marker to the right side (red arrow)
– Touch the marker with the right hand and then sprint to the third marker to the left side
– Touch the marker with the left hand and then sprint back to the first marker
– This is one rep
– Repeat in the other direction so you start with the left side
