Netball Repeat Agility Drill

Exercise Description
– Set up 4 markers in a 10m square, with a fifth marker in the center (so that it looks like an ‘M’) and a sixth marker to the right of the square
– Starting at the first marker sprint along the side of the square, then to the middle marker and continue sprinting through the ‘M’ and to the sixth marker
– Then sprint 10m away from the sixth marker
– Jog back to the start
