Exercise Description
– Kneel on the ground- Keep the back straight and chest out
– With the feet flexed have your partner holds down both ankles
– With Bosu ball or mat in front of you attempt to lower you body down to the ground while contracting the hamstrings
– Push with your hands to come back up to the starting position
– This is one rep
