Exercise Description
– Set out 7 markers as shown in the diagram (5m between each marker)
– Starting at the first marker sprint to the second marker
– With a quick change of direction, backpedal to the next marker
– Repeat this pattern through the rest of the drill and concentrate on accelerating out of the corners
– This is one rep
– Repeat in the other direction so you lead with opposite foot
