Exercise Description
– Set up 2 markers the specified distance apart, in a straight line
– Position the 0.5 metre box/platform at the first marker
– Start by standing on the box/platform at the first marker
– Two footed jump off the box/platform onto the ground and immediately sprint through to the second marker
