Exercise Description

– Start by standing in front of your partner
– Your partner should have both hands on your shoulders and you should lean into your partner so your body is at a 45 degree angle
– The A Skip action is a skipping motion with an explosive element, driving the knee upwards so the thigh is parallel with the ground then driving the ball of the foot into the ground. Perform this movement resisted by your partner
