Rugby League Field Diamonds Fitness Drill

Exercise Description
– Start underneath the posts at one end of a Rugby League field
– Run to where the 40m line meets the sideline
– Continue along the sideline to the 40m line in the opposite half of the field
– Run to between the posts on the same side of the field
– Turn and run back to the starting position under the posts at the opposite end of the field
