Exercise Description– Set up the markers as shown in the diagram into 2 x 5m squares
– Starting at the intersection of the two squares, run along the intersection of the two squares and then around the outside of one square back to the starting position
– Continue running along the intersection of the two squares and then around the outside of the other square and back to the starting position
– This is one rep
