Exercise Description– Set up one marker 10m and another 30m from the starting marker
– From the start the chase partner starts 2m behind the lead partner
– The lead starts jogging through to 10m mark
– Anytime over the 10m jog the lead hits the deck then sprints through to 20m
– Chase must react to lead by also dropping to the ground and then trying to catch the lead before reaching the 30m mark
– This is one rep
