Exercise Description– Set up the markers as shown in the diagram
– Running with a Rugby League ball, follow the arrows from the start position and spinning 360 degrees whenever you run over the red lines in the diagram
– At the end of the drill, kick the Rugby League ball, chase and regather over 120m
