Exercise Description

– Standing on one leg, pivot at the hips keeping the upper body straight move the chest and head to a position that is parallel with the floor
– At the same time the non-support leg keeping it straight rises up to be parallel with the floor forming a ‘T’
– Slowly return to the starting, standing position
– Repeat this movement with the opposite leg
– This is one rep
