Exercise Description– Start lying on your back.
– Lift you legs straight above you – forming a 90 degree angle at the hip.
– Slowly lower one leg towards the ground, keeping the other leg straight above you.
– Lift the leg back to the starting position.
– Repeat with the opposite leg.
– This is one rep.
