Exercise Description
– Stand upright, holding a static strong running posture, with one leg on the ground and the other leg out in front of you- Bring the top foot (attached to the band at the ankle) down and backwards, lightly brushing, or pawing, the ground
– Bring the same foot through the full running motion returning to knee height
