Smith Machine Bench Throws

Exercise Description
– Set up as for a bench press under the Smith Machine
– Slowly lower the bar to the chest and on touching push the bar away from the chest as fast as possible allowing the bar to leave the hands as if thrown
– Catch the bar as it comes back down
– Ensure the bar lock is rotated away from the holds
– On catching the bar ensure that you keep your elbows soft
