Soccer Agility Poles Drill

Equipment: Hurdles, Agility Poles
Exercise Description– Set up 4 low hurdles or cones 0.5m apart in a straight line
– Place 2 agility poles 5m out and 5m to either side of the hurdles
– Start facing away from the row of hurdles and juggle or passes the ball back and forth with a partner
– On your partners call turn and move laterally over hurdles
– Partner then calls ‘right’ or ‘left’ and player sprints in that direction
– This is one rep
