Split Power Push Ups

Exercise Description
– With a powerbag (or similar) laid out on the floor, start to one side of the powerbag in the push up position with both hands on the floor on one side of the bag. The hand that is closest to the bag should be at shoulder height and the other hand should be at chest height
– Perform a explosive push up movement jumping your body over the powerbag and swapping the height of your hands (so that the hand that is closest to the bag should be at shoulder height and the other hand should be at chest height)
