Sprint Lateral Shuffle

Exercise Description
– Set out 6 markers as shown in the diagram
– Starting at the first marker sprint to the second marker
– Shuffle laterally (while facing forward) to the third marker
– Repeat this pattern through the rest of the drill and concentrate on accelerating out of the corners
– This is one rep
– Repeat in the other direction so you lead with opposite foot
