Exercise Description– From the starting position, sprint forwards to the third marker
– At the third marker backpedal (backwards running) to the second marker
– At the second marker sprint forwards to the fourth marker
– Repeat this pattern – 2 forward, 1 backwards through the drill
– This is one rep
– At the third marker backpedal (backwards running) to the second marker
– At the second marker sprint forwards to the fourth marker
– Repeat this pattern – 2 forward, 1 backwards through the drill
