Equipment:

Exercise Description– Start by lying on your back with your arms to the sides and your legs together straight up in the air
– Roll the legs to one side at a slow and controlled speed, pausing and the bottom and then returning to the starting position
– Repeat this movement on the other side
– This is one rep
