T Agility Drill

Equipment: Markers, Agility Poles
Exercise Description
– Set up 4 markers or agility poles in a ‘T’ shape with 5m between each marker
– Starting at the bottom of the ‘T’, run to the marker at the ‘T’ intersection and turn left and run to next marker (ideally make a touch on an agility pole) turn around and run to the far marker and then back around the marker at the ‘T’ intersection and and finally back to the starting position
– This is one rep- Repeat the drill in the opposite direction so turns are made with opposite foot
