Exercise Description
– Always begin on the red dot in the centre of the markers
– All diagrams for Right handed players, please mirror diagram for left handers
– With either a racket or medball in hand per your training program
– Start by running across for a wide backhand (open stance)
– Run back across to the other side for a wide forehand (open stance)
– Run forwards and across for a short backhand (closed or semi closed stance)
– Ru across to the other side for a short forehand (closed or semi closed stance)
– Run backwards and across for a deep backhand (closed/square stance)
– Return to the starting position
