Exercise Description– Perform a walking lunge
– As you step out of the lunge position, pull your back leg up in front of you and lift you leg at the ankle across and in front of your body
– Hold this position for 1 second
– Release the ankle and step into a walking lunge with the opposite leg.
– As you step out of the lunge position, pull your back leg up in front of you and lift you leg at the ankle across and in front of your body
– Hold this position for 1 second
– Release the ankle and step into a walking lunge with the opposite leg.
