Exercise Description– Start standing in front of a wall
– Lean forward and place both hands on the wall at shoulder height
– Drive the left knee forwards, keeping the toe and knee facing upwards
– Hold your core/trunk tight as you drive your heel back to the starting positioning
– Repeat this movement with the opposite leg
– This is one rep
