He has worked with athletes across a wide variety of sports including Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth games medallists. He is recognised internationally as a high quality strength and conditioning practitioner.
Dirk has been working as a professional strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years and was the first ever Netball Australia National Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.
Jeremy is the Performance Director for the Newcastle Knights (NRL). He has trained some of the best athletes in the NRL including Darren Lockyer, Mark Gasiner, Ben Creagh and Darius Boyd.
David is a Level 3 Master Coach and board member at the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association. David has worked with Australian Wallabies & NSW Waratahs as the High Performance Manager at the Australian Rugby Union (ARU).
Wayne is the High Performance Manager for Touch Football Australia and the most successful international Mens, Women’s & Mixed Touch Football teams in the history of the sport, winning 2 World Cups over 8 years.
Richard Gibney has been working as a strength and conditioning coach for over 12 years. He currently provides the strength and conditioning programming for a number of athletes competing at the National, World, and Olympic level.
James has been representing GB Ultimate squads since the age of 16 and varying age groups from a Junior level to U23 to breaking into the Mens squad winning Gold at the European Championships last summer as a precursor for the World Championships this summer in London.
Stuart started playing Touch Football in Western Australia in under 16s before moving to Sydney in 2004 to play Vawdon Cup. He made his debut for Australia in the Men’s Open Trans Tasman in 2009 in Wollongong. Stuart has won 2 consecutive Trans Tasman Series against New Zealand and the 2011 Touch Football World Cup in Scotland.
Cameron started Pro Training Programs based on his experience as an athlete. After studying Exercise & Sport Science at University and then working in professional sports as a Pro Trainer, Cameron wanted to give all athletes access to professional training programs by the best coaches & trainers to help all athletes unlock their sporting potential!
Lauren helped build the new Pro Training Programs website that you see today. Lauren loves sport, training and fitness and uses her experience as an athlete to make sure our training programs are effective (the best for your sport) but also easy to use. She has even taken to trialling them all herself!
