Cricket Training

Cricket is Australia’s favourite sport.

Despite spending up to 97% of the game either walking or stationary, a Cricket training program will help you to perform during those critical periods of high intensity activity such bowling, throwing, leaping, and other ‘powerful’ movements.

Training varies significantly depending on your ‘position’. Even spin and fast bowlers will follow different programs. However all athletes will train to improve strength & power, speed & agility and conditioning.
